Déjà Vu All Over Again

A funny thing happened on the way to the previous post. (The one about the New P.T.A.) Just as I included an appendage about bullies and bullying, David Letterman made the following joke during his monologue:

Bill Gates spends millions of dollars having his childhood bullies tracked-down and killed.

Would it be Politically Incorrect to chuckle at Letterman's jibe?
